Sujit Choudhry is a renowned Indian scholar and an expert in matters of constitutional law. He is the current principal for Center for Constitutional Transitions. Currently, Sujit Choudhry is a professor of law at the University of California. Before joining this university, he held a similar position at the New York University and the University of Toronto. Sujit Choudhry works have not gone unnoticed, he has been named an Honorary Member of Indian Constitutional Law Review Council.
